The Carthage CVB is working to fill 500 hours of festival time with local talent. We’re looking for magicians, jugglers, face painters, storytellers, and live music to create a family fun atmosphere at Food Truck Friday and Carthage Art Walk throughout the 2018 season.

Talent with signed contracts and signed W9 forms on file with the Carthage CVB may receive a check during their event performance for a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $599 per year. Stipends will be determined by number of performers, talent biography on file, social media presence, and number of performances. All contracts will clearly state stipend amount and performance expectations. Worksheets and applications are not binding documents and performers may decline contracts when offered due to stipend amount, conflicting dates, etc. Contracts will begin to be dispersed in February 2018.
Information will be stored with the CVB and shared upon request with other groups looking for talent and private individuals planning events in need of talent.
